We're a small crew of three, and we spend our days chasing the kind of moments that only happen once. The look on your dad's face when he sees you in the dress. Your partner losing it during the first dance. Your nan having the best craic on the dance floor at midnight.

Those moments don't come back around. Our job is to catch them and hand them back to you in a way that makes you laugh and cry every time you look at them. What matters most is what you'll feel years from now, looking back. That's what keeps us doing this.

Right, this is the bit where I'm supposed to talk about myself, which I'm not brilliant at. But here goes.

I'm Andrei, and I lead this little team. Photography found me early, and I started shooting couples outdoors. Just me and them and whatever light the evening gave us. Lifestyle, candid, nothing forced. At the end of every session, couples would say the same thing: "It didn't even feel like we were being photographed." All I ever wanted was for people to show up as they are. Relaxed, in love, not performing for a camera.

I have a degree in teaching, believe it or not. The economy had other plans, but life puts you where you belong. First it was a hobby, then it was the thing I couldn't stop doing, even though I was meant to be a tech guy. Funny how that works. Eight years and 250+ weddings later, I still get that buzz when I nail a shot that tells the whole story in a single frame.

My wife Michaela says I'm "warm and good-hearted, that I like helping people, and that I put other people's comfort before my own." I'll let her have that one. We have two kids, we're mad about Italy and Ireland, and every time we visit somewhere lovely we nudge each other and say "imagine a wedding here." We can't switch it off.

Michaela is my wife, my second photographer, and the person who sees things I sometimes miss. I think the passion came from watching me work and seeing the results over the years. After her maternity leave, she said "I want to do this too." And I couldn't be more glad she did.

She has this eye for detail that's different from mine. Flat lays, the quiet moments between the big ones, the mum adjusting the veil. There are shots she brings back where I think, "that is something special." A woman's perspective in wedding photography makes a real difference.

On some wedding days where I'm booked elsewhere, she goes as lead photographer. Same style, same edit, same colours, so the look stays consistent. She sees the world through emotion, so every moment she captures feels personal, like it was meant to be kept.

Lorenzo is our videographer. When we turn up as the full photo and video crew, he's the one making sure your day becomes a film you'll watch over and over.

I met Lorenzo when I first moved to Ireland. I could tell straight away he was someone I could trust, and that's proven right every single time since. He's the kind of person who shows up early, double-checks everything, and quietly makes sure every detail is in place before anyone else even notices. He started out as a photographer, so he sees the world in compositions and light the way we do. He's not the type to disappear into the background and hope for the best. If a scene needs a gentle push, he'll step in. If a moment needs to unfold naturally, he knows when to let it be.

After five years together, we read each other at a glance. We know where the other one will be, we know when to move and when to hold. That kind of teamwork makes a real difference on a busy wedding day.
